Organizing An Essay With Multiple Topics
Organizing An Essay With Multiple TopicsOrganizing an essay with multiple topics can be a tedious task for any student. Especially if you're teaching yourself, the pressure of keeping all your students up to date on what they are studying. As a teacher, organizing an essay can become a daunting task for you.But it is not impossible. Here are some ideas to help you get through this time of stress and anxiety:Approach it in the way you learn best. Don't just go off on your topic and organize it from one section to another. This is similar to learning how to read fluently as a child, going from one chapter to the next and then back to where you left off.Identify the right topic. No matter what topic you choose, there will be sections that will need more attention than others. The easier your material, the easier your sections will be to organize. There are many different ways to do this. Maybe you use different times of the day for marking your essays. Or maybe you start your grading at a certain time. Whatever works for you and your student is a good idea?Your student should also be able to share ideas. They should be able to sit down and write whatever comes to mind so that you can work on each section, group, or topic on your own and not have to worry about checking with them about what they wrote.Organize your essay according to topic. If there are topics you wish to go back to, then check out your other notes. You could also just drop the content you have written and jump back to the part that interests you more. Your student will be more likely to concentrate on the subjects you have marked, and will thus have more confidence in the way you organize their essay. In the end, it will be well worth the stress and anxiety it may cause for you.
